Virtual Symposium registration fee includes all virtual meeting presentations held April 30-May 2, 2021. On-Demand recordings of each session will be available on the AAMA website until August 1, 2021 for all registrants.

Registrants will receive access information for the virtual meeting platform closer to the meeting date. The platform will open on April 19, 2021, for registrants to access, set up profiles, become familiar with the platform.

All four Pre-Symposium Workshops will be offered virtually this year, and you may register for as many as you wish. Three will be offered as on-demand recordings with no live/real-time component. Registrants have the opportunity to view these workshops when and where they want — as many times as they want. The on-demand recordings will be available in early April and throughout the summer. The fourth workshop will be presented LIVE on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 8am PT and again at 3pm PT. There will be no recordings of this workshop.

Symposium Information

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be in writing and received by the Academy’s by April 9, 2021. There will be a $50 processing and handling fee assessed for all cancellations. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 9, 2021.

ROLLOVER FEES NOTICE 

If you registered for the 2020 Symposium and rolled fees over to the 2021 meeting, you can use the online registration form, submit, but don’t include payment. Contact info@medicalacupuncture.org and we will work with you directly. If you are uncertain of your roll-over status, call or email Academy staff for assistance.

What Does the Registration Fee Cover?

Included in the registration fee:

  • Full Access to Symposium Sessions and Content: Three days of professional development through expert presentations, workshops and more, given by your medical industry peers.
  • Symposium Session Video Access: Referenceable online video recordings. On-demand sessions will be made available to attendees through August 1, 2021.
  • Extensive Networking Opportunities: The opportunity to connect with a large group of your peer professionals from right where you are.
  • CME & CEU Credits: More than 30 CME credits are available during the Symposium.
  • Exhibit Hall Full Access: Registrants are invited to connect with the organizations and individuals that support the AAMA to learn more about the services and resources they offer. Exhibit hall access will be available to registrants beginning April 19, 2021.
