MEDICAL QIGONG STUDY AND TREATMENT TRIP TO BEIJING, CHINA WITH MASTER WAN SU JIAN
09/01/06 to 09/08/06 (8 days) 09/01 Fri Arrive in Beijing. Airport pick-up. Qigong treatment and foot massage.
09/02 Sat Morning Qigong practice, opening ceremonies with Taoist music, Kung Fu, and Qigong demonstrations by the students. Qigong treatment and foot massage. Lectures on Qigong theories and Taoist tea ceremony in the afternoon. Welcoming dinner party and Taoist blessing ceremony in the evening.
09/03 Sun Morning Qigong practice, Qigong treatment and foot massage. Visit to a Buddhist temple. Vegetarian lunch at the temple. In the afternoon, visit another temple followed by Qigong meditation. After dinner, Yin Yang meditation.
09/04 Mon Morning Qigong practice at Flagrance Hill, then Qigong treatment and foot massage. In the afternoon, lecture on Qigong theories followed by Taoist family health meditation. Peking duck dinner, evening meditation.
09/05 Tue Morning Qigong practice, visit to the Great Wall. Afternoon Qigong treatment and foot massage followed by a lecture on Therapeutic Nutrition. Evening meditation.
09/06 Wed Morning Qigong practice, visit to a Buddhist temple. Afternoon Qigong treatment and foot massage followed by a lesson by the Chef on how to make Chinese dumplings. Evening meditation.
09/07 Thu Morning Qigong practice, Qigong treatment and foot massage. Visit the Forbidden City followed by shopping at Wang Fu Jing. Closing ceremony and dinner.
09/08 Fri Morning Qigong practice, Qigong treatment and foot massage, after lunch, head to Capital airport for the return flight to USA.
